Position
Senior Administration & Accounts Officer
As our project pipeline continues to grow, we’re expanding our administration support team and are seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts Officer who can confidently manage key office and financial administration tasks.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable working independently in a small team environment and capable of managing administration and accounts tasks with minimal supervision.
This is a permanent part-time position, working approximately 20 hours per week across four days (typically Monday–Thursday within 9:00am–2:00pm business hours, with some flexibility by agreement).
The position offers consistent hours, autonomy and genuine work-life balance.

• Managing employee timesheets, approvals and follow-ups
• Preparing and issuing client quotes, proposals and invoices from engineer instructions
• Data entry, document preparation and file management (digital and physical)
• Processing supplier bills, reconciliations and invoice administration
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes
• General office administration and coordination
• Daily use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Working within Xero for accounting support (experience highly regarded) -
We are seeking someone who is reliable, organised and confident working autonomously, with:
• Previous experience in an administration or accounts support role (2+ years preferred)
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft 365
• High attention to detail and accuracy with financial and administrative data
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• A proactive attitude and pride in maintaining organised systems and processesExperience within construction, engineering, manufacturing or project-based environments is beneficial but not essential.
Position
Senior Design Draftsperson
We require a senior level design draftsperson to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be placed with an engineering team directly supporting upgrades, maintenance and capital projects at an existing manufacturing facility for Australia’s largest steel manufacturer.

Utilise CAD software, Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD to create precise and detailed 3D models, 2D fabrication and installation drawings.
3D model mechanical, structural and civil components associated with a steel processing facility. Including but not limited to, civil foundations, steel platforms, stairs and structures, mechanical line equipment, lifting equipment, cranes and product storage equipment.
Collaborate with other designers and engineers in a team environment.
Ensure compliance with site requirements, company procedures and Australia standards.
Ability to work unassisted when required.
Assist to maintain drawing documentation and records.

Minimum 10 years experience using Autodesk Inventor 3D
Minimum 15 years experience as a design draftsperson in a mechanical or structural discipline.
Cert III, Cert IV, Diploma or equivalent qualification in engineering drafting.
Proficient skills in Microsoft applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of Australian Standards.
High attention to detail, ability to problem solve.
Ability to work full time from an engineering office located in Wollongong. (Remote work is not possible)

Ability to work unassisted when required, conceptualise ideas and provide insight to design suitability.
